We support postgraduate musicians invited to spend up to three years as fellows or associates with the orchestra. Through performance opportunities, they develop ensemble playing alongside international artists.

Our mentoring programme provides a valuable skills exchange, enabling musicians to work with leading players from some of the world’s great orchestras.
